晨交班角色互换在泌尿外科临床护理教学中的应用

摘  要:探讨晨交班角色互换在泌尿外科临床护理教学中的应用效果。随机将2023年4月至2024年7月在广西医科大学附属第一医院泌尿外科实习的100名护生分为对照组和观察组,每组50人。对照组采用传统临床交班模式,观察组采用晨交班角色互换模式,比较两组护生交班模式的教学效果评价、患者对护生的满意度、护生出科考试成绩等。研究发现,出科时,观察组在交班模式教学效果评价、患者对护生的满意度、护生出科考试成绩明显高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(均p<0.05)。晨交班角色互换模式应用于泌尿外科临床护理教学,可提高学生学习的主动性及临床综合能力,拓展学生临床护理思维,从而提高教学效果、患者的满意度及护生出科考试成绩。To explore the application effect of role exchange in morning shift handover in clinical nursing teaching of urology,100 nursing students who interned in the urology department of our hospital from April 2023 to July 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional clinical handover mode,while the observation group adopted the morning handover role exchange mode.The teaching effectiveness evaluation,patient satisfaction with nursing students,and nursing students’exit exam scores of the two groups were compared.At the time of graduation,the observation group showed significantly higher evaluations of the teaching effectiveness of the handover mode,patient satisfaction with nursing students,and nursing student graduation exam scores compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05).The application of the morning shift role exchange model in clinical nursing teaching in urology can improve students’learning initiative and clinical comprehensive ability,expand clinical nursing thinking,enhance teaching effectiveness,patient satisfaction,and nursing students’exam scores.
