摘　　要：为提高课程建设质量,贴合市场需求,切实有效地服务区域建设规划和行业发展要求,有必要将符合专业特色的课程思政内容有机地融入课程建设和课堂教学中。充分分析电气类专业核心课程“工厂电气及PLC控制技术”的特点,深入挖掘符合电气专业和该门课程的思政元素,以培养实操型人才为主,将思政建设融入课堂中,真正实现了课堂讲思政、课中不见思政的目的,实现了思想育人与技能传授的结合。通过具体的课程实践案例,介绍了课程思政建设的具体方法和思政元素设计思路,将学校教学与工程实际相配合,实现知识传授与价值引领的有机统一,育人培技相互促进。To boost curriculum quality and meet market demands,it’s crucial to integrate specialized ideological and political education into course development and teaching,in line with regional construction plans and industry needs.By thoroughly analyzing the key features of electrical majors’core courses,such as factory electricity and PLC control technology,and deeply exploring ideological and political elements suitable for the electrical field,we focus on nurturing practical talents.This approach subtly incorporates ideological and political education into the classroom,achieving the goal of teaching ideology without making it obvious,thus combining ideological and political education with skill training.Specific course implementation examples illustrate the methods and design ideas for integrating political education,aligning school education with practical engineering to unify knowledge transfer and value guidance,fostering mutual enhancement of education and skill development.
