摘　　要：“和合”是指自然、社会、人际、心灵和文明中诸多形相、无形相互相冲突、融合,与在冲突、融合的动态变化过程中诸多形相、无形相和合为新结构方式、新事物、新生命的总和。而“和合学”是研究自然、社会、人际、人的心灵以及不同文明中存在的和合现象,与以和合的义理为依归以及既涵摄又超越冲突、融合的学说。“和合学”作为一种哲学的理论思维形态,试图从中国哲学的实际出发,来建构符合中国哲学的思维理论体系,其现代价值,就在于对21世纪人类所共同面临的人与自然、社会、人际、心灵、文明间的五大冲突,及由此而引发的生态、社会、道德、精神、价值五大危机,提出化解之道。“和合学”为世界新秩序提出的构想是“和合天下”:尊重“以他平他谓之和”的理念;遵守“和而不同”的原则;建立对话机制;善于互相妥协;韬光养晦与奋发有为;在国际交往、对话和谈判中保持谦和。"Harmony and cooperation"refers to the numerous forms,both tangible and intangible,in nature,society,interpersonal relationships,human spirit,and civilization that conflict and blend with each other.It represents the totality of new structural forms,new entities and new life that emerge from the dynamic processes of conflict and integration among these various forms."The harmony and cooperation theory"is a field that investigates the phenomena of harmony and cooperation existing in nature,society,interpersonal relationships,human spirit and different civilizations.Based on the principles of harmony and cooperation,it encompasses and transcends conflict and integration.As a philosophical theoretical framework,the harmony and cooperation theory seeks to construct a theoretical system of thought that aligns with Chinese st philosophy,addressing the modern value of resolving the five major conflicts facing humanity in the 21 century:conflict between humanity and nature,conflict between humanity and society,conflict between interpersonal relationships,conflict between humanity and soul,and conflict between civilizations.These conflicts have given rise to five major crises:ecological,social,moral,spiritual,and value crises.The concept proposed by this theory for a new world order is"harmony and cooperation of the World":respecting the idea that"harmony is achieved through differences",adhering to the principle of"harmony in diversity",establishing dialogue mechanisms,being adept at mutual compromise,practicing humility while striving for progress,and maintaining modesty and gentleness in international interactions,dialogues,and negotiations.
