摘　　要：中国成人教育的百年发展历史是中国共产党领导下的中国特色成人教育现代化的百年探索史。中国共产党成立一百周年以来,始终把成人教育摆在党和国家事业发展的重要位置,在中国式成人教育现代化的实践探索中,积累了宝贵的经验。文章基于历史文献资料,回顾中国共产党领导和发展成人教育的百年历程,梳理其历史变迁的内在逻辑,总结中国共产党领导下的成人教育现代化探索取得的经验,进一步促进新时代成人教育的高质量发展和终身教育体系的构建。Since the centennial of the founding of the Communist Party of China,adult education has always been placed in an important position in the development of the cause of the Party and the country,and valuable experience has been accumulated in the practice and exploration of the modernization of Chinese-style adult education.Based on historical documents,this paper reviews the century-old history of the development of adult education which leaded by the Communist Party of China,combs the internal logic of its historical changes,summarizes the experience gained from the exploration of the modernization of adult education,and further promotes the high-quality development of adult education in the new era and help to construct a lifelong education system.
