摘　　要：建设一支“双师”结构专业教学团队,是提高高职院校人才培养质量的重要资源保障。本文阐释了“双师”结构专业教学团队的内涵及主要特征,提出了建设“双师”结构专业教学团队的思路与举措,以期为高职院校正确把握“双师”结构专业教学团队建设方向提供参考。Building a“double teachers”structure of professional teaching team is important to improve the quality of higher vocational education resources.This paper illustrates the connotation and main characteristics of“double teachers”structure in professional teaching team,put forward the ideas and measures about constructing the“double teachers”structure,In order to provide reference for higher vocational colleges to correctly grasp the“double teacher”structure teaching team construction direction.
