《黄帝内经》“生生”观念意蕴探析

摘　　要：《黄帝内经》关注生命现象的产生与发展,对生命本体及其生存方式进行了深刻思考,形成了重生、摄生、养生的主题思想,在取象比类中凝结为“生生”观念,总结了宇宙创生、天地造化、万物感应的总体规律,为生命绵延发展找到根本性的依据。《黄帝内经》在“天人相应”的理论框架中将“生生”观念具体落实于人生命机体之上,注重人体与宇宙自然间的互应互动,以宏观视野观照生命本体的整体创生,以微观视野关注人体内部有机相生,以审美视野关切生命情状的循环常生。分析思考《黄帝内经》的“生生”观念不仅是对中国传统思想进行寻根溯源,也为中国哲学理论体系建设提供统摄古今的思想指向和充满生机的理论资源。Huangdi Neijing(Yellow Emperor s Inner Canon)focuses on the emergence and development of life phenomena,offering profound reflections on the essence of life and its modes of existence.It establishes a thematic ideology centered on rebirth,,health preservation and nurturing life,which crystallizes into the concept of“life-generating”through metaphorical comparisons.This work summarizes the overarching laws of cosmic creation,the formation of heaven and earth,and the interactions of all things,providing a fundamental basis for the continuous development of life.Within the theoretical framework of“correspondence between heaven and humanity”,the“life-generating”concept is specifically applied to human life and physiology,emphasizing the interaction between the human body and the natural universe.It adopts a macro perspective to illuminate the holistic creation of life,a micro perspective to focus on the natural interdependence within the human body,and an aesthetic perspective to address the cyclical nature of life conditions.Analyzing the“life-generating”concept in Huangdi Neijing,not only traces the roots of traditional Chinese thought,but also provides a vital theoretical resource and direction for the construction of the Chinese philosophical theoretical system,encompassing both ancient and modern perspectives.
