摘 要:由于中国、欧洲、日本三地无砟轨道发展路径不同,无砟轨道结构体系采用的列车竖向设计荷载也有所区别。为了得到无砟轨道最不利设计荷载,本文采用有限元方法,计算单元式无砟轨道结构和连续式无砟轨道结构在上述三种标准列车荷载下的结构受力特征,并进行对比分析。对于单轴荷载和转向架荷载,本文提出了等效轴距的概念,分析了单元式轨道结构等效轴距与结构体系总体刚度之间的关系。结果表明:三种标准列车荷载在单元式无砟轨道和连续式无砟轨道之间都存在差异,单轴荷载加载为单元式无砟轨道最不利加载方式,LM-71荷载加载为连续式无砟轨道最不利加载方式;计算得到了等效轴距范围为1.1~1.6 m,小于国内现行高速列车和货车机车轴距;提出了以单轴加载作为单元式无砟轨道设计荷载,以LM-71荷载加载作为连续式无砟轨道设计荷载的建议。Due to the different development paths of ballastless track in China,Europe and Japan,the vertical train design loads adopted for ballastlees track structure system are also different.In order to get the most unfavorable design load of ballast track,this paper adopted of the finite element method to calculate the structural stress characteristics of the slab ballastlees track structure and the continuous ballastless track structure under the above three kinds of standard train loads and conducts a comparative analysis.For the single-axle load and bogie load,this paper put forward the concept of equivalent axle distance,and analyzed the relationship between equivalent axle distance of the slab ballastless track structure and the overall stiffness of the structural system.The results show that three kinds of standard train loads are different between the slab ballastless track and continuous ballastless track,single-axle loading is the most unfavorable loading method for the slab ballastless track,and LM-71 loading is the most unfavorable loading method for the continuous ballastless track.The equivalent axle spacing range of 1.1~1.6 m was obtained from the calculations,which is smaller than that of current domestic high speed trains and truck locomotives.It is proposed that the single-axle load as the design load for the slab ballastlass track and LM-71 load loading as the design load for the continuous ballastlass track.
