摘  要:为研究路基不均匀沉降对无砟轨道变形损伤的影响,建立包含结构配筋和混凝土塑性损伤本构的CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道精细化非线性有限元模型,仿真分析了路基不均匀沉降作用位置、波长和幅值对轨道结构变形损伤的影响。结果表明:路基不均匀沉降作用位置对于结构损伤变形影响差异较大;路基不均匀沉降发生在底座板伸缩缝部位,底座板最早出现宏观裂纹,且相同条件下该位置钢轨变形最大;沉降发生在底座板板端附近,复合板与底座板之间离缝较大,底座板从开始损伤到产生宏观裂纹演化进程较长;损伤出现在底座板凹槽处,演化进程所需沉降幅值超过6 mm;底座板与基床表层之间离缝随路基不均匀沉降波长的增大而减小,随沉降幅值的增大而增大;随路基不均匀沉降波长增大,复合板与底座板之间离缝呈先增后减的趋势,对于10 m波长最为敏感;路基不均匀沉降幅值增大,结构层间离缝、损伤情况均劣化,在幅值初始增长时钢轨峰值变形增幅较大,沉降幅值达10 mm后钢轨峰值变形在0.5 mm范围内波动。To study the effect of uneven settlement of the subgrade on the deformation and damage of ballastless track,a refined nonlinear finite element model of CRTSⅢslab ballastless track was established,which includes structural reinforcement and concrete plastic damage constitutive model.The influence of the location,wavelength,and amplitude of uneven settlement of the on the deformation and damage of the track structure was simulated and analyzed.The results indicate that the difference of impact of subgrade uneven settlement location on structural damage and deformation is significant.Uneven settlement of the subgrade occurs at the expansion joint of the base plate,macroscopic cracks first appear on the base plate,and under the same conditions,the steel rail deformation at this location is the largest.Settlement occurs near the end of the base plate,and there is a large gap between the composite plate and the base plate.The evolution process of the base plate from initial damage to the formation of macroscopic cracks is relatively long.The damage occurs at the groove of the base plate,and the required settlement amplitude for the evolution process exceeds 6 mm.The gap between the base plate and the surface layer of the subgrade decreases with the increase of uneven settlement wavelength of the subgrade,and increases with the increase of settlement amplitude.As the uneven settlement wavelength of the subgrade increases,the gap between the composite plate and the base plate shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,with the most sensitive wavelength being 10 m.The uneven settlement amplitude of the subgrade increases,and the gap and damage between structural layers deteriorates.When the amplitude initially increases,the peak deformation of the rail increases significantly,and after the settlement amplitude reaches 10 mm,the peak deformation of the rail fluctuates within a range of 0.5 mm.
