摘  要:医学人文教育是医学教育的重要环节,医学人文素养是医学人才培养的重要内容。我国医学人文教育的发展逐步呈现出系统化、多元化和应用性等特征,同时仍然存在教育政策协同不足、学科定位模糊不清、育人成效有待提升和评价机制缺乏创新等现实困境。应聚焦跨学科融合、实践性导向、灵活性教学、全程式评价等内涵和特征来构建医学人文融合教育模式,通过创新教育理念、加强学科建设、注重实践导向和完善评价体系,切实提升医学人文教育成效。Medical humanities education is an important part of medical education.Medical humanities quality is an important part of medical personnel training.The development of medical humanities education in China has gradually shown the characteristics of systematization,diversification and application,but there are still some practical difficulties,such as insufficient coordination of education policies,unclear subject positioning,need to improve the effectiveness of education and lack of innovation in evaluation mechanism.We should focus on the connotation and characteristics of interdisciplinary integration,practical orientation,flexible teaching,and whole-process evaluation to construct a medical humanities integrated education model,and effectively improve the effectiveness of medical humanities education by innovating educational concepts,strengthening discipline construction,focusing on practice orientation,and improving the evaluation system.
