职业本科院校公共体育课课程设置优化路径研究

摘　　要：为探究职业本科院校公共体育课课程设置的优化路径,该文采用了文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法,以职业本科院校公共体育课课程设置的现状为切入点进行分析。结果表明,当前职业本科院校体育课程设置存在以下三大问题:一是体育课程内容与职业需求结合不紧密;二是体育课程目标体系中缺乏发展目标;三是体育课程实施中缺乏现代化技术的融入,且评价方式单一。针对上述问题,提出了以下针对性的优化措施:一是构建“理论+职业素养+实践”的课程内容体系;二是构建“基本+发展”的双维度课程目标体系;三是构建“全面性+多元化+多样化”的课程评价体系。这些措施旨在促进职业本科院校体育课程更好地适应不同专业学生的专业特点和职业特性,进而促进学生的全面发展,使其更好地适应社会。In order to explore the optimization path of Public Physical Education curriculum setting in vocational undergraduate colleges,this research adopts the method of literature review,interview and questionnaire,and takes the current situation of Public Physical Education curriculum setting in vocational undergraduate colleges as the starting point to conduct analysis.The results show that,at present,there are three major problems in Physical Education curriculum setting of vocational undergraduate colleges:First,the integration between Physical Education curriculum content and vocational needs is not closely linked;Secondly,there is a lack of development goals in the Physical Education curriculum goal system;Thirdly,there is a lack of integration of modern technology in the implementation of Physical Education curriculum,and the evaluation methods are single.In response to the above issues,this paper puts forward targeted optimization measures:Firstly,construct a course content system of"theory+professional quality+practice",Second,construct a dual dimensional curriculum objective system of"basic+development";Third,establish a"comprehensive+pluralistic+diversified"curriculum evaluation system.These measures aim to promote Physical Education curriculum of vocational undergraduate colleges to better adapt to the professional characteristics and vocational characteristics of students of different majors,in order to promote their all-round development and better adapt to the society.
