摘　　要：在“高等药理学”研究生课程中,通过探索基于问题的教学模式(PBL)改革方法,从多方面、多角度激发学生的积极性。在药理学知识的延伸学习中,通过老药新用案例、文献分析讨论交流、临床案例讨论以及反转课堂等环节,全面培养学生科学思维的能力,取得了较好的效果。In graduate course of“Advanced Pharmacology”,problem-based learning(PBL)was used to stimulate students initiative.To further study the advanced pharmacology knowledge,the new use of old drugs,literature reviewing,clinical case and flipped classroom were applied in the courses to comprehensively strengthen capacity building of students scientific thinking and reasoning.The outcomes of this course remodeling are well appreciated.
