摘  要:职业本科院校现场工程师培养在实施人才强国战略中扮演着重要角色。通过与产业紧密结合的培养模式,旨在满足工业发展对高素质技术人才的需求。这种培养模式注重实践能力和创新意识的培养,旨在培养知识应用型、能力复合型和实践创新型人才。为了有效实施这一培养模式,需要构建校企联合机制、探索学徒培养协议、重塑人才培养体系以及注重标准引领能力培养实践。The cultivation of field engineers in undergraduate vocational colleges plays an important role in implementing the strategy of rejuvenation through talent cultivation.Through a close combination with enterprises,the cultivation of field engineers aims to meet the demand for high-quality technical talents in industrial development.This kind of cultivation mode emphasizes practical abilities and the awareness of innovation,which aims to cultivate talents with knowledge application,composite abilities,and practical innovation.In order to effectively implement the cultivation of field engineers,it is necessary to establish a college-enterprise cooperation mechanism,explore apprenticeship training agreements,reshape the talent training system,and focus on standard led ability training practices.
