摘　　要：慢性光化性皮炎(CAD)是一组以光敏感为特征的免疫介导疾病,托法替布作为Janus激酶(JAK)1/3抑制剂,是目前治疗CAD的JAK抑制剂中文献报道最多、应用较广泛的代表性药物。本文旨在综述托法替布治疗慢性光化性皮炎的机制、常用治疗剂量、具体疗效及不良反应情况等,并与其他JAK抑制剂进行对比。Chronic actinic dermatitis(CAD)is a group of immune-mediated diseases characterized by photosensitivity.Tofacitinib,a Janus kinase(JAK)1/3 inhibitor,is currently the most extensively reported and widely used JAK inhibitor for the treatment of CAD.This article aims to briefly overview the background of CAD and tofacitinib,as well as to summarize the mechanisms of tofacitinib in the treatment of chronic actinic dermatitis,commonly used therapeutic dosages,specific efficacy,and adverse effects.Additionally,a brief comparison of tofacitinib with other JAK inhibitors is also included.
