摘 要:专项耐力是中长跑运动员竞技能力的核心组成部分,在运动员整体竞技能力结构中占据重要地位。该研究采用文献资料法和专家访谈法等方法,探讨高水平中长跑运动员专项耐力的提升策略,并深入分析运动员比赛时的能量代谢特征。研究指出,中长跑运动员的专项耐力主要依赖于有氧供能,且随着比赛项目距离的增加,有氧供能的占比逐渐增大。为提升中长跑运动员的专项耐力,建议从以下几个方面入手:重视基础体能的发展,全面推进体能训练;增加力量训练的比例,关注同期训练的协同效应;丰富耐力练习的手段,以提高运动员的训练积极性;加强训练监控,科学控制耐力训练的负荷量。As the core component of the competitive ability of middle-distance runners,specific endurance occupies an important position in the overall competitive ability structure of athletes.By using the methods of literature review and expert interviews,this paper explores strategies for improving specific endurance of high-level middle-distance runners,and deeply analyzes the energy metabolism characteristics of athletes during competition.The research shows that specific endurance of middle-distance runners is mainly relies on aerobic energy supply,and the proportion of aerobic energy supply increases gradually increases with the distance of competition events.In order to improve the specific endurance of middle-distance runners,it is recommended to start from the following aspects:attaching importance to the development of basic physical fitness,comprehensively promoting physical training;Increasing the proportion of strength training and focusing on simultaneous training;Enriching the means of endurance exercise to improve the athletes'training enthusiasm;Strengthening training monitoring,scientifically control endurance training load.
