高职院校体育教师数字化教学能力提升路径研究

摘　　要：当前,现代教育技术在高职院校的在线教育领域中占据了核心地位,成为不可或缺的一部分。基于我国高职院校教育的实际情况与体育教学的发展需求,剖析教师数字化教学能力的现状,并探寻提升教师数字化理念及教学能力等关键问题,具有十分重要的现实意义。目前,高职院校虽已具备一定的数字资源供教学使用,然而,体育教师在数字化教学的认知水平与能力方面却存在显著差异。该文从数字化教学的特点出发,阐释体育教师数字化教学能力的内容,分析数字化教学能力在体育教学中的应用优势,探讨提升高职院校体育教师数字化教学能力的必要性和可行性,并据此提出体育教师数字化教学能力的提升策略。以期更有效地适应信息化教育需求,提升教学质量,满足信息化教育背景下对学生全面发展的新要求,推动体育教育的现代化进程。Currently,modern educational technology holds a central position in the realm of online education in higher vocational colleges,becoming an indispensable part.Based on the actual situation of higher vocational education in China and the developmental needs of physical education,analyzing the current status of teachers'digital teaching ability and exploring core issues such as enhancing teachers'digital concepts and teaching abilities is of practical significance.Although higher vocational colleges possess certain digital resources for instructional use,there are substantial disparities in the cognitive levels and ability of physical education teachers in digital teaching.Starting from the characteristics of digital teaching,this paper elucidates the content of physical education teachers'digital teaching abilities,analyzes the application advantages of digital teaching ability in physical education teaching,and explores the necessity and feasibility of enhancing the digital teaching abilities of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges.It then proposes strategies to enhance the digital teaching ability of physical education teachers..It is expected to better adapt to the demands of informatization education,enhance teaching quality,meet the new requirements for students'comprehensive development under the background of informatization education,and promote the modernization of physical education.
