摘　　要：食品生物技术把握着国际食品行业的走向,其作为一门新型技术参与着食品行业的发展。如何在黑龙江省的统一领导下,融合地方食品生物技术产业发展的需求和黑龙江省各高校食品专业的特色与优势,发挥黑龙江省高校在人才培养的重要作用,为黑龙江省食品生物技术产业的发展建设培养理论基础扎实、创新创业能力强、迎合地方食品生物技术产业发展需求的应用型综合型高质量人才,助力黑龙江省食品生物技术产业的发展显得至关重要。以哈尔滨商业大学食品科学与工程专业为例,提出融合地方食品生物技术产业需求的黑龙江省高校食品类专业高质量落地人才培养模式的研究思路,旨在培养一批适应区域食品生物技术产业发展需求的特色“区域型+行业型”人才,以平衡食品生物技术产业集群式发展与高质量落地人才紧缺之间的矛盾,为黑龙江食品生物技术产业的发展提供人才和智力支持。Food biotechnology grasps the trend of the international food industry,and it has participated in the development of the food industry as an emerging field and a new technology.Under the unified leadership of the provincial deployment,how to integrate the needs of the development of the local food biotechnology industry and the characteristics and advantages of the food majors of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province,give full play to the important role of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province in talent training,and cultivate applied comprehensive high-quality talents with a solid theoretical foundation,strong innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and meet the development needs of the local food biotechnology industry,so as to help the development of the food biotechnology industry in our province.Taking the food science and engineering major of Harbin University of Commerce as an example,we proposed the research idea of integrating the high-quality landing talent training model of food majors in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province that integrates the needs of the local food biotechnology industry,aiming to cultivate a group of characteristic“regional+industry”talents to meet the development needs of the regional food biotechnology industry,so as to balance the contradiction between the cluster development of food biotechnology industry and the shortage of high-quality landing talents,and provided talent and intellectual support for the development of Heilongjiang food biotechnology industry.
