摘　　要：在职业教育数字化发展的背景下,教学模式的改革突出数字化新技术教学手段的应用,将线上教学与传统线下教学有机融合,可有效提高教学效果。以“食品加工技术”课程为例,通过线上线下相结合的课程教学设计、教学实施,将线上线下混合式教学模式应用于课程教学过程中,以期为“互联网+”时代下高校线上线下混合教学模式在食品专业课程中的应用提供参考。In the context of the digital development of vocational education,the reform of teaching models emphasizes the application of digital new technology teaching methods.It is necessary to organically integrate online teaching with traditional offline teaching to achieve the fundamental goal of effectively improving teaching effectiveness.This research took the course of Food Processing Technology as an example,through the combination of online and offline teaching design and teaching implementation,the online and offline hybrid teaching model was applied to the course teaching process,with a view to providing a reference for the application of online and offline hybrid teaching model in food professional courses in colleges and universities in the era of“Internet+”.
