摘  要:为解决食品安全监督抽样质量问题,提高抽检结果的真实性、可靠性,充分发挥食品安全监管的作用,保障民众的饮食安全,本文介绍食品安全监督抽样实施流程及取得的成果,分析抽样质量的影响因素,包括抽检计划、抽检频次、抽样人员、抽样对象、样本运输和抽样过程控制等,并阐述提高抽样质量的对策。In order to solve the problem of sampling quality of food safety supervision,improve the authenticity and reliability of sampling inspection results,give full play to the role of food safety supervision,and ensure the food safety of the public,this paper first introduces the implementation process of sampling of food safety supervision,then analyzes the influencing factors of sampling quality,including sampling plan,sampling frequency,sampling personnel,sampling objects,sample transportation and sampling process control,finally expounds the countermeasures for improving the sampling quality.
