摘  要:目的:建立一种液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱法同时测定饮料中15种常见防腐剂、甜味剂和合成色素的分析方法。方法:样品经20%甲醇溶液提取,加亚铁氰化钾溶液和乙酸锌溶液沉淀蛋白,加正己烷萃取分离脂肪,以电喷雾电离负离子、多反应检测模式进行检测,外标法定量。结果:15种添加剂线性良好,检出限为0.02 mg·kg^(-1),定量限为0.06 mg·kg^(-1),回收率在86.7%~96.7%,相对标准偏差在1.4%~6.4%。结论:该方法降低了检测成本,简化了前处理流程,提高了待测物质的定性、定量的准确性,适用于饮料中15种添加剂的检测。Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 15 common preservatives,sweeteners and synthetic pigments in beverages by liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry.Method:The samples were extracted with 20%methanol solution,precipitated with potassium ferricyanide solution and zinc acetate solution,extracted with n-hexane to separate the fat,detected by electrospray ionization and multiple reaction detection mode,and quantified by external standard method.Result:The linearity of the 15 additives was good.The limit of detection was 0.02 mg·kg^(-1),the limit of quantitation was 0.06 mg·kg^(-1),the recovery was 86.7%to 96.7%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.4%to 6.4%.Conclusion:The method reduces the detection cost,simplifies the pre-treatment process,improves the qualitative and quantitative accuracy of the substance to be measured,and is suitable for the detection of 15 additives in beverages.
