摘 要:构建食品安全抽检标准体系的目的是确保食品从生产到消费各个环节的安全,保障公众健康,其重要意义在于提高食品安全监管水平,保障消费者权益、推动食品行业健康发展以及促进国际贸易发展。本文分析了我国食品安全抽样检验标准体系存在的抽样检验覆盖不全面、抽样检验标准不统一、检测技术与手段有待提升以及社会监督参与不足的问题,并提出了相应的措施。The purpose of establishing a food safety sampling standard system is to ensure the safety of food at all stages from production to consumption,safeguard public health.Its significance lies in improving the level of food safety supervision,protecting consumer rights,promoting the healthy development of the food industry,and facilitating international trade development.This article analyzes the problems of incomplete sampling inspection coverage,inconsistent sampling inspection standards,need for improvement in testing techniques and methods,and insufficient social supervision participation in China’s food safety sampling inspection standard system,and proposes corresponding measures.
