摘  要:目的:分析评价茶叶中限量元素的安全风险与所含相关元素的地理特征,为日照市场上供应茶叶中相关元素含量提供本底资料。方法:2023年10—12月随机采集120份茶叶样品,分别检测茶叶中铅、镉、汞、砷、铬、铝、锰、铜、钡、钒、硒、锑、镍、锡、锂、硼、锌、铁、锶、钼、钴和铷等22种元素含量。结果:120份茶叶样品所检的22种元素中有限量要求的铅、镉、汞、砷、铬和铜均未超出限量要求,日照茶叶与外地茶叶中镉、锰、钡、钒、镍、锂、铁、锶、钴和铷元素在数值上的差异有统计学意义,日照红茶与日照绿茶中所检22种元素含量在数值上的差异均无统计学意义。结论:日照辖区内市场上所销售的茶叶就所限制元素的限量要求而言,不存在食品安全风险。Objective:To analyze and evaluate the safety risks of limited elements and the geographical characteristics of related elements in tea,in order to provide background information on the content of related elements in tea supplied to Rizhao market.Method:From October to December 2023,120 tea samples were randomly sampled to detect the content of 22 elements including lead,cadmium,mercury,arsenic,chromium,aluminum,manganese,copper,barium,vanadium,selenium,antimony,nickel,tin,lithium,boron,zinc,iron,strontium,molybdenum,cobalt,and rubidium in tea.Result:Among the 22 elements tested in 120 tea samples,there were no samples exceeding the limit requirements for lead,cadmium,mercury,arsenic,chromium,and copper.There was a statistically significant difference in the values of cadmium,manganese,barium,vanadium,nickel,lithium,iron,strontium,cobalt,and rubidium elements between Rizhao tea and tea from other regions.There was no statistically significant difference in the content of the 22 elements tested between Rizhao black tea and Rizhao green tea.Conclusion:There is no food safety risk in terms of the limit requirements for restricted elements in tea sold in the market within the jurisdiction of Rizhao.
