摘  要:基于监管需求,借助于固相萃取技术,建立一种速冻调理肉制品中12种着色剂的液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱联用检测方法。在试样中加入乙醇-乙腈-氨水混合溶液进行提取,经SPE萃取柱进行净化,采取ChromCore C18色谱柱进行分离,外标法定量。结果显示,酸性橙Ⅱ的定量限为0.0025 mg·kg^(-1),其他11种着色剂的定量限均为0.25 mg·kg^(-1);12种着色剂保留时间重复性良好,相对标准偏差在0.21%~1.05%,且回收率在85.66%~104.86%,精密度在1.36%~5.74%。该方法操作简便,分析时间较短,为监检工作提供了技术支撑。To meet regulatory demands and utilizing SPE technology,a liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry method was developed for the simultaneous detection of 12 colorants in frozen prepared meat products.Ethanol-acetonitrile-ammonia water mixture extraction solution was added to the sample,which was then purified using a solid-phase extraction column and separated on a ChromCore C18 chromatographic column.Quantification was achieved using the external standard method.The results indicated that the quantification limit for Acid Orange Ⅱ was 0.0025 mg·kg^(-1),while for the other 11 colorants,it was 0.25 mg·kg^(-1).The retention times for the 12 colorants exhibited good reproducibility,the relative standard deviation was 0.21%to 1.05%.The recovery rates ranged from 85.66%to 104.86%,with a precision range of 1.36%to 5.74%.This method is straightforward to operate and boasts a brief analysis time,thereby offering technical support for regulatory inspections.
