摘  要:目的:通过稳定同位素分析,探索贵州不同茶叶产区的区域特征,为贵州地理标志茶叶的保护提供依据。方法:采用元素分析仪-稳定同位素比质谱仪对贵州省各大茶产区茶叶中碳、氮稳定同位素进行测定,并利用单因素方差分析法对贵州省各大茶产区的茶叶稳定同位素进行差异显著性分析,探讨其稳定同位素特征与区域差异。结果:各地区茶叶中碳稳定同位素分布于-27.02‰~-26.36‰,不具有显著差异(p>0.05),受贵州地域环境因素影响较小;氮稳定同位素介于-0.07‰~4.12‰,具有显著差异(p<0.05),其主要受施肥因素影响,可作为有机茶的判别依据。结论:本研究结果为贵州省茶叶产地特征挖掘提供了研究思路,为地理尺度较小的茶叶产地判别和地理标志产品保护提供了方法参考。Objective:Through stable isotope analysis,this study explores the regional characteristics of different tea production areas in Guizhou province,providing a basis for the protection of geographical indication tea products in Guizhou.Method:Carbon and nitrogen stable isotopes in tea from major tea production areas in Guizhou were measured using an elemental analyzer-stable isotope ratio mass spectrometer.One-way analysis of variance was used to analyze the significant differences in stable isotopes among these tea production areas,discussing their stable isotope characteristics and regional variations.Result:The carbon stable isotopes in tea from various regions ranged from-27.02‰to-26.36‰,showing no significant difference(p>0.05)and being less affected by local environmental factors in Guizhou.Nitrogen stable isotopes varied between-0.07‰and 4.12‰,exhibiting significant differences(p<0.05)and mainly influenced by fertilization practices,which can serve as a criterion for distinguishing organic tea.Conclusion:This study provides research ideas for exploring the characteristics of tea origins in Guizhou province and methodological references for the discrimination of tea production areas with smaller geographical scales and the protection of geographical indication products.
