摘  要:目的:建立一种快速提取和检测植物油中叔丁基对羟基茴香醚(Butylated Hydroxyanisole,BHA)、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(Butylated Hydroxytoluene,BHT)、特丁基对苯二酚(Tertiary Butylhydroquinone,TBHQ)3种抗氧化剂的方法。方法:采用L-抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯(L-Ascorbyl Palmitate,L-AP)甲醇溶液直接提取试样中的抗氧化剂,经冷冻分离和过滤后供气相色谱仪检测。结果:3种抗氧化剂在20~400μg·mL^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999;BHA、BHT、TBH的检出限分别为0.12、0.12、0.15 mg·kg^(-1)。在3、50、200 mg·kg^(-1)3个水平下的加标回收率为91.5%~101.0%,相对标准偏差为0.93%~2.38%。结论:该方法能有效避免检测过程中因目标化合物氧化而造成结果不准确的问题,适用于植物油中3种抗氧化剂(BHA、BHT、TBH)的快速检测。Objective:To establish a rapid extraction and detection method for three antioxidants,butylated hydroxyanisole(BHA),butylated hydroxytoluene(BHT),and tertiary butylhydroquinone(TBHQ),in vegetable oil.Method:L-ascorbyl palmitate(L-AP)methanol solution was used to directly extract antioxidants from the sample.After freeze separation and filtration,the antioxidant was detected by gas chromatography.Result:The three antioxidants showed a good linear relationship between 20~400μg·mL^(-1),with correlation coefficients greater than 0.999;the detection limits of BHA,BHT,and TBH are 0.12,0.12 mg and 0.15 mg·kg^(-1),respectively.The spiked recovery rates at 3,50 mg·kg^(-1) and 200 mg·kg^(-1) levels ranged from 91.5%to 101.0%,with a relative standard deviation of 0.93%~2.38%.Conclusion:This method can effectively avoid the problem of inaccurate results caused by the oxidation of target compounds during the detection process,and is suitable for rapid detection of three antioxidants(BHA,BHT,TBH)in vegetable oils.
