摘  要:本文探讨了食品运输链中的法律风险及其防控对策,以保障食品安全并促进产业健康发展。文章对食品运输链的概念和构成要素进行了界定,分析了合同履行、食品安全责任及跨境运输合规性3个主要法律风险点,并提出了强化合同条款规范性、完善追溯机制和优化跨境合规管理的防控策略。本文的研究为构建全程质量安全监管体系提供了理论支持。This paper discusses the legal risks and prevention and control measures in the food transportation chain to ensure food safety and promote the healthy development of the industry.The article defines the concept and components of the food transportation chain,analyzes the three main legal risk points of contract performance,food safety responsibility and cross-border transportation compliance,and proposes prevention and control strategies to strengthen the standardization of contract terms,improve the traceability mechanism and optimize cross-border compliance management.The research provides theoretical support for the construction of a full-process quality and safety supervision system.
