摘　　要：目前,食品接触材料的安全性已成为人们关注的焦点。本文探讨食品接触材料的定义及其对食品安全的影响、液相色谱技术的原理和优势,分析液相色谱技术在食品接触材料迁移研究中应用存在的问题,并提出液相色谱技术在食品接触材料迁移研究中应用的提升对策,以提升液相色谱技术的应用能力。At present,the safety of food contact materials has become the focus of attention.This paper discusses the definition of food contact materials and its impact on food safety,the principle and advantages of liquid chromatography technology,analyzes the problems existing in the application of liquid chromatography technology in the study of food contact materials migration,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the application of liquid chromatography technology in the study of food contact materials migration,so as to improve the application ability of liquid chromatography technology.
