“教学做合一”视角下乡村定向师范生教学实践能力提升研究

摘  要:乡村定向师范生的培养对于提高乡村教育质量、促进教育均衡发展具有重要意义。目前乡村定向师范生普遍存在专业知识层面全科知识储备不足、教学技能层面胜任力不足和专业情怀层面职业认同感低等问题。陶行知“教学做合一”理论,强调以“做”为核心的实践导向,对提升师范生实践教学能力有重要借鉴意义。基于该理论,文章从委托培养的师范高校和地方联动的角度,有针对性地提出乡村定向师范生全科型教师培养策略、实践教学能力提升策略以及乡村教育情怀培育策略。The cultivation of students in teacher education programs targeting rural areas is of great significance for improving the quality of rural education and promoting the balanced development of education.However,students in teacher education programs targeting rural areas generally have problems such as insufficient reserves of general professional knowledge,inadequate competence in teaching skills,and a weak sense of professional identity in professional sentiment at present.Tao Xingzhi’s theory of“integrating teaching,learning and practice”emphasizes the practical orientation centered on“doing”,which has important reference significance for improving the practical teaching abilities of ordinary teacher-training students.Based on this theory,this article proposes targeted strategies for cultivating generalist rural teachers,for enhancing practical teaching abilities and for cultivating rural education sentiment from the perspective of collaboration of commissionednormal universities and local areas.
