摘 要:近年来,国家出台了诸多政策文件,明确了卓越乡村教师本土化培养的方向。卓越乡村教师本土化培养有其不同于一般教师培养的内涵:培养主体由全域化走向本土化、培养目标由一般化走向卓越化、培养内容由同质化走向专门化、培养方式由普适化走向在地化。卓越乡村教师本土化培养应有的学理逻辑:乡村文化本土化的属性使然、乡村教师乡土文化传承的使命使然、乡村教育高质量发展的需求使然。基于乡土文化认同与乡土文化回应的基础而构建实现卓越乡村教师本土化培养的路径:定向招生是卓越乡村教师本土化培养的应然选择,有乡土特色的课程是卓越乡村教师本土化培养的基石,在地化的情境性学习是卓越乡村教师本土化培养的具身化路径,U-G-S协同育人机制是卓越乡村教师本土化培养的实践保障,教育家精神是卓越乡村教师本土化培养的内在动力。In recent years,the state has issued a number of documents,clarifying the direction of the localized culti-vation of excellent rural teachers.The localized cultivation of excellent rural teachers has its connotation different from that of ordinary teachers:the main body of cultivation moves from globalization to localization,the goal of cultivation moves from generalization to excellence,the content of cultivation moves from homogeneity to specialization,and the mode of cul-tivation has changed from universalization to localization.It also has its own theoretical logic:the nature of the localization of rural culture,the mission of local culture inheritance of rural teachers,and the need of high-quality development of ru-ral education.Therefore,based on the local cultural identity and response,a unique path to achieve the localized cultiva-tion of excellent rural teachers could be constructed as follows:targeted enrollment is the necessary choice for the localized cultivation of excellent rural teachers;the curriculum with local characteristics is the core of the localized cultivation of ex-cellent rural teachers;the localized situational learning is the path of the localized cultivation of excellent rural teachers;the U-G-S cooperative education mechanism is the practical guarantee for the localized cultivation of excellent rural teach-ers,and the educationist spirit is the internal motive force for the localized cultivation of excellent rural teachers.
