把握数字化时代机遇,促进轻工业企业质量数字化转型

摘　　要：数字化转型是目前中国轻工业企业的重要发展战略,是提升企业管理水平的重要途径。而轻工业企业目前的生产经营管理因行业和地区发展不平衡,数字化水平差别较大,特别是质量管理因涉及企业管理的过程多、层级多和方面多,数字化转型的挑战较大,质量数字化水平也比其他业务的数字水平落后。由于轻工业企业的行业特性,目前少有研究探究适宜轻工业企业质量数字化转型的方法和指导思想。因此,为了快速高效地促进轻工业企业质量数字化转型,本文分析了轻工业企业数字化的时代机遇与挑战,明确了质量数字化转型的相关概念,指出了轻工业企业进行质量数字化转型的目标、策略和道路,从而避免“走弯路”,提高轻工业企业数字化转型的效率和成功率,促进轻工行业企业的质量管理水平的提升。Digital transformation is an important development strategy of China's light industry enterprises and an important way to improve the management level of enterprises.However,the production and management of light industry enterprises vary greatly due to the unbalanced development of industries and regions.In particular,as quality management involves many processes,levels and aspects of enterprise management,and the challenges of digital transformation are relatively large,and the level of quality digitization is also lagging behind the digital level of other aspects of enterprise operation.Due to the characteristics of light industry enterprises,there is no methods and guiding ideologies suitable for the digital transformation of light industry enterprises that can be used for reference or directly used.On how to promote the quality digital transformation of light industry enterprises efficiently,this paper analyzes the era’s feature of digital opportunities and challenges for the light industry enterprise,clarifies the quality of digital transformation related concepts,points out the goal,strategy and path for light industry enterprise quality digital transformation,in order to avoid detours,improve the efficiency of light industry enterprise digital transformation and success rate,to hence promote the quality of light industry enterprises.
