摘 要:目的探讨在助理全科专业住院医师规范化培训全科教学门诊中实现课程思政教育。方法选取助理全科专业住院医师规范化培训学员64名为研究对象,根据不同的教学方法分为观察组(n=32)和对照组(n=32);对照组采用常规教学法,观察组参加每周一次的全科教学门诊。观察组进一步分为教学门诊组(16名)和课程思政教学门诊组(16名),分别进行教学。比较观察教学结束后各组学生理论知识水平、职业素养以及对教学效果的满意度。结果教学门诊组仅在理论知识、实践技能、独立接诊方面较对照组有所提高(t分别=2.20、2.88、3.41,P均<0.05)。课程思政教学门诊组比教学门诊组在独立接诊、医患沟通、人文关怀方面得分更高(t分别=2.21、3.02、4.60,P均<0.05)。满意度调查中课程思政教学门诊组在培养爱国情怀、调动学习积极性、增强团队意识、社会责任感方面评分较对照组更高(t分别=4.33、5.96、4.05、6.08,P均<0.05);与教学门诊组相比,课程思政教学门诊组在教学设计满意度、培养爱国情怀、调动学习积极性、增强团队意识、社会责任感方面评分更高(t分别=2.68、4.12、5.22、3.54、5.33,P均<0.05)。结论课程思政教学门诊有利于提高全科医生的综合诊治能力,且学员对该模式具有良好的认可度,主要体现在爱国情怀、医患沟通、人文关怀方面。Objective To explore the realization of curricular civic education elements in the general practice teaching clinic for the residents standardized training of assistant general practice general practitioner.Methods Sixty-four assistant who received standardized training were selected as the study subjects,and divided into an observation group(n=32)and a control group(n=32)according to different teaching methods.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method,and the observation group participated in the weekly general practice teaching outpatient clinic.The observation group was further divided into a teaching clinic group(16 students)and a curriculum civics teaching clinic group(16 students).Comparative observations were made on the level of theoretical knowledge,professionalism,and satisfaction surveys on teaching effectiveness between the two groups after the end of teaching.Results The teaching clinic group improved in aspects of theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and independent reception when compared with the control group(t=2.20,2.88,3.41,P<0.05).The curriculum civics teaching clinic group scored higher than the teaching clinic group in independent reception,doctor-patient communication,and humanistic care(t=2.21,3.02,4.60,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the curriculum civics teaching clinic group scored higher satisfaction in cultivating patriotic sentiment,mobilising motivation for learning,enhancing teamwork,and sense of social responsibility(t=4.33,5.96,4.05,6.08,P<0.05).Compared with the teaching clinic group,the curriculum civics teaching clinic group scored higher satisfaction with instructional design,cultivating patriotic sentiment,mobilising motivation for learning,enhancing teamwork,and sense of social responsibility(t=2.68,4.12,5.22,3.54,5.33,P<0.05).Conclusion Curriculum civics integrating into teaching clinic is conducive to improving the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment ability of general practice residents,and the trainees have a good acceptance of the model,mai
