摘  要:当前高职院校青年教师在教学认知、组织、调控和研究能力方面存在不足,本文提出通过增强自主发展,强化知识储备;优化课堂教学,高效管理课堂;加强实践积累,促进专业成长;构建教学机制,提升教学技能等途径,强化青年教师的教学能力,以适应“职教本科”建设对教师的发展要求。Young teachers in current higher vocational colleges have deficiencies in aspects such as teaching cognition,organization,regulation and research capabilities.This paper proposes approaches such as strengthening self-development and enriching knowledge reserves;optimizing classroom teaching and efficiently managing classrooms;enhancing practical accumulation and promoting professional growth;and establishing teaching mechanisms and upgrading teaching skills to enhance the teaching capacity of young teachers.These measures are designed to align with the developmental demands for teachers in vocational undergraduate education.
