摘  要:基础教育集团化办学重构了基础教育学校之间的主体关系,增加了委托代理链条,加剧了委托人监督虚置、代理人机会主义行为、逆向选择、道德风险和“搭便车”等治理困境。共享领导作为一种有效的领导方式,可以通过从“自上而下”到“上下互动”的治理理念、从“一元主体”到“多元主体”的治理结构、从“依靠行政命令”到“平等协商”的治理方式和从“单一主体责任”到“集体责任”的问责机制四个方面的转型,有效化解集团治理问题,推动教育集团高质量发展。Basic education collectivized school-running has reconstructed the relationship among schools,increased the chains of principal-agents relationships,and aggravated the governance dilemmas.including its vacancy,opportunistic behaviors,adverse selection,moral hazard,and"free-riding".Shared leadership,as an effective leadership method,can resolve the governance problems of collectivized school-running and promote its high-quality development by transforming from a governance philosophy of"top-down"to"interactive",from a governance structure of"single-subject"to"multi-subject",from a governance approach of"relying on administrative orders"to"equal consultation",and from a responsibility mechanism of"single-subject accountability"to"collective accountability".
