摘　　要：文章针对Python数据分析课程中存在的教学内容与会计学专业实际应用需求脱节、实践项目缺乏创新性、课程评价方法单一等问题,进行了以“创新、实践”为导向的Python数据分析混合式教学改革与实践,包括编写教学大纲、整合配置课程资源、进行多元化课程评价探索。课程实践证明,Python数据分析课程教学改革切实有效地促进了学生创新实践能力的培养。In view of the problems existing in the python data analysis course,such as the disconnection between the teaching content and the actual application needs of accounting major,the lack of innovation in practical projects,and the single course evaluation method,the paper carried out the“innovation and practice”oriented Python data analysis hybrid teaching reform and Practice,including the exploration of compiling the syllabus,integrating and allocating course resources,and conducting diversified course evaluation.The course practice has proved that the teaching reform of Python data analysis course has effectively promoted the cultivation of students’innovative and practical ability.
