公安院校大学生心理健康课程教学改革实践研究--基于NVivo的质性分析

摘  要:为提升公安院校大学生心理健康素养,探索以构建心理健康课程教学改革框架和重构心理健康课程教学内容专题的教学改革实践。以开展教学改革实践班级学生的访谈内容进行质性分析,基于118份访谈资料,利用NVivo软件进行分析发现,教学改革实践的有效性主要表现在知识吸收、情感体验、交流互动和反思领悟四个结构维度。研究结果表明教学改革有效性的影响因素包括多种教学内容、多种体验式教学方式、课堂氛围、教师态度等,教学改革有效性具体表现在获得新的自我认知、促进人际和谐、情绪和行为的改变等。In order to improve the mental health literacy(knowledge about mental disorders)of students attending public security universities and colleges,and to explore the teaching reform practice centered on the construction of the framework for mental health course alongside the reconstruction of its teaching content,we conducted a qualitative analysis based on feedback obtained through interviews with participants from the experimental classes of the teaching reform.Subsequently,NVivo was used in an extensive analysis of 118 interview transcripts,revealing that the effectiveness of the teaching reform practice is mainly manifested by four structural dimensions:knowledge acquisition,emotional engagement,communicative interaction,and reflective insight.Findings from our investigation indicate the effectiveness of this teaching reform is influenced by a variety of factors,including diverse teaching contents,multiple methods employed in experiential teaching,classroom atmosphere,and teachers'attitudes.The effectiveness of the reform is particularly evidenced in fostering college students'new self-awareness,promoting interpersonal harmony,facilitating emotional and behavioral transformations,etc.
