摘 要:玉竹为药食同源的植物,玉竹多糖为玉竹主要活性成分之一。玉竹多糖在食品工业和医药领域具有广泛的应用价值。综述近几年玉竹多糖的提取工艺、生物活性及其应用进展。玉竹多糖的提取工艺决定了玉竹多糖的得率,结构稳定性等;玉竹多糖具有降血糖、保肝、降血脂、保护心脑血管、保护神经、抗衰老、抗氧化、提高免疫、抗肿瘤等作用,从而能够在预防和辅助治疗多种慢性疾病中发挥作用;玉竹多糖可以作为天然的抗氧化剂和免疫增强剂添加到功能性食品中。文章通过对玉竹多糖的提取工艺进行探讨,对生物活性进行系统性总结,为其深入开发提供科学依据和参考,以期能够促进玉竹多糖更好地被开发利用。Polygonatum odoratum is a medicinal food,Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharides,as one of the main active components of Polygonatum odoratum.These polysaccharides have a broad range of application values in the food industry and medical field.This article has reviewed the extraction processes,biological activities,and application progress of Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharides in recent years.The extraction process of Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharides determines their yield and structural stability.Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharides have various biological activities,including blood sugar reduction,liver protection,lipid-lowering,cardio-cerebral vascular protection,neuroprotection,anti aging,antioxidant,immune enhancement,and anti-tumor effects,thus playing a role in the prevention and adjunct treatment of various chronic diseases.They can be added to functional foods as natural antioxidants and immune enhancers.This article discusses the extraction process of Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharides,systematically summarizes their biological activities,and provides scientific evidence and references for their in-depth development,with the aim of promoting better development and utilization of Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharides.
