摘　　要：基于顶空气相色谱法建立多个质量控制图联合应用于测定植物油中溶剂残留的质量控制方法。收集溶剂残留测定数据,分析和计算质量控制图参数,绘制6个质量控制图并分析控制效果。结果表明,联合多个质量控制图实现对测试结果的稳定性、系统偏差及其趋势的监控,建立一套预警响应机制,及时发现异常情况,可作为分析检测实验室质量控制的重要参考依据。Establish multiple quality control charts based on headspace gas chromatography for the determination of residual solvents in vegetable oils.The parameters of the quality control chart were analyzed and calculated by collecting the determination of residual solvent in vegetable oils.Six quality control charts were drawn,and the effects of the joint application were analyzed.The results showed that stability system,deviations,and their trends of test results were controlled by several quality control charts.An early warning response mechanism was established to timely detection of abnormal situations,and served as an important reference for quality control in analytical testing laboratories.
