摘  要:设计并组织了乳粉中蛋白质测定的能力验证项目,对参加实验室的检测结果进行了统计与分析。采用中国合格评定国家认可委员会规定的方法对样品的均匀性和稳定性进行检验;对20家实验室提交的检测结果进行稳健统计分析,以Z′值评定各参加实验室测定结果。结果表明,样品均匀性和稳定性符合能力验证要求,蛋白质测定的满意率为85%,可疑结果率为10%,不满意率为5%。在此次能力验证中,多数参加实验室结果为满意,表明乳粉中蛋白质检测水平总体良好,大多数实验室均能准确检测乳粉中蛋白质的含量。Shanghai Intertek Testing Services Co.,Ltd.(Shanghai 200233)Aproficiency testing for determination of protein in milk powder was designed and organized,and statistical analysis on the test results obtained from participating laboratories was conducted.Use the methods prescribed by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment to test the uniformity and stability of the samples;Perform robust statistical analysis on the test results submitted by 20 laboratories,and evaluate the test results of each participating laboratory based on the Z′-scores.The results showed that the uniformity and stability of the samples met the requirements of proficiency testing.The satisfaction rate of protein determination was 85%,the suspicious result rate was 10%,and the dissatisfaction rate was 5%.In this proficiency test,most participating laboratories achieved satisfactory results,indicating that the overall level of protein detection in milk powder is good,and most laboratories can accurately detect the protein content in milk powder.
