摘　　要：本科教育是培养拔尖创新人才的基础,对高等教育质量和社会发展至关重要。为继续发挥研究型大学的引领作用,在全面审视美国研究型大学本科教育的基础上,博耶2030委员会发布了《公平与卓越刻不容缓:2030年美国研究型大学本科教育蓝图》,强调以公平定义卓越,意在通过变革性教育促成本科教育愿景——所有人“为世界做好准备”,并从推动高影响力教育实践、科学的教学法、惠及全体学生的整体指导和合理构建教师激励机制四个方面对本科教学改革提出要求,重申了高等教育的公共性、“以学生为中心”关照终身发展和对教学与研究关系的再思考,强调运用科学技术特别是数字技术扩展卓越本科教学广度。这一蓝图所提出的教学改革举措与体现的本科教育理念,对深化我国本科教育认识、提升本科教育质量具有一定的借鉴意义。Undergraduate education is the foundation for the cultivation of Top-notch creative talents,and is critical to the quality of higher education and the development of society.To continue to playaleading role in research universities,the Boyer 2030 Commission has newly released“The Equity/ExcellenceImperative”,which emphasizes defining excellence with equity,and intends to contribute to the vision ofundergraduate education-“world readiness”for all people.The report calls for reforms in undergraduateteaching in four areas:high-impact practices,Research-Proven Pedagogical Techniques,holistic advising,and the faculty rewards structure,reaffirming the public good,“student-centered”instructions,andarethinking of the teaching-research nexus.The concepts and reforms are crucial for enhancing understandingand improving the quality of China’s undergraduate education.
