普通高校体育教学中提高学生身体素质的教学方法探究

摘  要:为了使学生在体育课上学到更多的身体素质训练知识、技术和技能,在认真总结以往教学经验的基础上,该文积极探究了以提高学生身体素质为主要目标的教学方法。教学过程中需重视对学生终身体育意识的培养,加强对身体锻炼目的和意义的教育。通过合理运用自选练习法、课内外结合法以及多种多样的分层分组教学形式,有效地激发学生的学习兴趣,调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,从而达到提高学生身体素质的教学研究目的。In order to enable students to learn more knowledge,techniques,and skills in Physical Education classes,based on a careful summary of past teaching experiences,this article actively explores teaching methods with the maingoal of improving students'physical fitness.During the teaching process,emphasis is placed on cultivating students'lifelong sports awareness,and strengthens education on the goal and significance of physical exercise.Through the rational use of the"self-selection"exercise method,a combination of in-class and out-of-class methods,and diverse forms of layered and grouped teaching,students'interest in learning has been effectively stimulated,their enthusiasm and initiative for learning have been mobilized,and the teaching research goal of improving students'physical fitness has been achieved.
