认知隐喻理论在创新英语词汇教学中的应用研究

摘  要:在英语词汇教学中,如何提高学生的词汇记忆效果和语言运用能力一直是教育工作者关注的焦点。认知隐喻理论认为,隐喻不仅是语言现象,更是思维和认知的方式。通过隐喻,人们能够将抽象概念具体化,从而更好地理解和记忆词汇。本文旨在探讨认知隐喻理论在创新英语词汇教学中的应用与实践,首先介绍认知隐喻理论的基本概念,其次分析认知隐喻在英语词汇教学中的优势,最后通过具体的教学案例展示如何将认知隐喻能力应用于创新英语词汇教学,以期为英语词汇教学提供新的思路和方法。In English vocabulary teaching,how to improve students’vocabulary memory effect and language application ability has always been the focus of educators.Cognitive metaphor theory posits that metaphors are not only linguistic phenomena but also modes of thinking and cognition.Through metaphors,people can concretize abstract concepts,thereby better understanding and remembering vocabulary.This article aims to explore the application and practice of cognitive metaphor theory in innovative English vocabulary teaching,first introducing the basic concepts of cognitive metaphor theory,then analyzing the advantages of cognitive metaphors in English vocabulary teaching,and finally demonstrating through specific teaching cases how to apply cognitive metaphor skills to innovative English vocabulary teaching,aiming to provide new ideas and methods for English vocabulary teaching.
