摘　　要：市域产教联合体是一种新的产教融合组织形态,对构建现代职业教育体系具有重要意义。但在建设过程中存在着政策机制不健全、保障措施不完善、统筹规划不到位、组织管理不统一、发展理念不先进、运行机制不顺畅的实然困境。对此,应通过提高多元主体建设强度、多元协调与实体嵌入、提升市域产教联合体运行活力、因地制宜与智改数转等方式,系统设计与统筹推进市域产教联合体建设。The municipal industry-education consortium is a new organizational form of industry-education integration,which is of great significance for building the modern vocational education system.However,during the process of construction,there are actual difficulties such as imperfect policy mechanisms,incomplete support measures,inadequate overall plan,uncoordinated organization and management,outdated development concepts and unsmooth operational mechanisms.To address these issues,it is necessary to systematically design and coordinately promote the construction of the municipal industry-education consortium by increasing the construction intensity of multiple subjects,facilitating multi-party coordination and entity embedding,enhancing the operational vitality of the municipal industry-education consortium,adapting to local conditions as well as carrying out intelligent transformation and digital transformation.
