基于循证思维的区域特色产业创新创业人才培养探析

摘  要:运用循证思维引导区域特色产业创新人才培养,驱动专业链与产业链的深度融合,服务地方产业优化,是新时代职业教育的应然使命。职业院校不断探索并形成了“产学研用”“订单冠名”等循证特色鲜明的人才培养模式。以初步形成支撑汽车、能源、电子、建筑等区域产业发展的职业教育体系的江苏盐城为例,随着江苏沿海发展上升为国家战略,盐城融入长三角城市群,产业结构调整和升级步伐不断加快,亟需基于区域特色产业经济培养创新创业人才,践行产教融合、加快产业学院建设和增强循证改革意识。It is the natural mission of vocational education in the new era to guide regional characteristic industries to innovate talents cultivation by using evidence-based thinking,drive the deep integration of professional chains and industrial chains,and serve local industrial optimization.Vocational colleges have continuously explored and formed distinctive evidence-based talents cultivation modes of"industry-academia-research-application"and"order-based naming".Taking Yancheng of Jiangsu Province as an example,which has initially established a vocational education system supporting the development of regional industries such as automobiles,energy,electronics and architecture,with the development of coastal areas of Jiangsu rising to a national strategy,Yancheng integrates into the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration and the pace of industrial structure adjustment and upgrading accelerates.There is an urgent need to cultivate innovative entrepreneurial talents based on regional characteristic industrial economies,implement the strategy of industry-education integration,accelerate the construction of industrial colleges,and enhance the awareness of evidence-based reform.
