摘  要:随着整个社会向老龄化迈进,传扬孝文化被作为解决老龄化难题的重要伦理期待之一。所谓“孝”就是人类在社会发展中形成的亲亲之情,它体现在晚辈对长辈的行为规范。在古代中国,孝是家庭道德和封建宗法等级的伦理精神基础。新时代孝道伦理必须以新的时代精神为导向,进行转变性创造:(一)将孝道伦理从社会的公领域回归家庭伦理的私领域;(二)新时代孝道伦理应强调亲子关系本身,形成一种“平等型孝道”;(三)行孝的方式以赡养、敬养为主。重塑和践行新时代孝道伦理的重要举措:通过家庭教育、学校德育、政府推动、传统媒体与网络传播进行孝的传承,对学生、公务员、企业家、农民工、上班族、军人等差异群体在践行的方式上提出不同的要求。As society moves towards an aging population,the promotion of filial culture is seen as a key ethical expectation in tackling the challenges of an aging society.The“filial piety”,as is known,is the affection for relatives that humans have developed in the course of social development,and it is reflected in the behavioral norms of juniors towards their elders.In ancient China,filial piety was the ethical foundation of family morality and the feudal clan hierarchy.In the new era,however,filial piety ethics must be guided by the times and engage in transformative creation:(1)shifting the focus of filial piety ethics from the public sphere to the private realm of family ethics;(2)emphasizing the parent-child relationship itself to form an“equal-type filial piety”;(3)the ways of practicing filial piety should focus on support with care and respect.Important measures for reshaping and practicing filial piety ethics in the new era include inheriting the concept of filial piety through family education,school moral education,government promotion,and the dissemination of traditional and online media.Different requirements should be proposed for specific groups such as students,civil servants,entrepreneurs,migrant workers,office workers,and soldiers in the way they practice filial piety.
