硒与AM真菌对金线莲微量元素吸收及相关药用品质的影响

摘  要:本试验选用金线莲品种“大元宝”为试材,采用棚内模拟种植试验方式,设置3个施硒(Se)水平(0、6、18 mg/L,分别记为Se_(0)、Se_(1)、Se_(2))与3个接菌水平(不接种、接种根内根孢囊霉、接种摩西斗管囊霉,分别记为Am_(0)、Am_(1)、Am_(2))的组合处理,研究施硒与丛枝菌根(AM)真菌对金线莲生长发育、微量元素含量、主要生物活性成分含量及挥发性物质含量的影响,以期为金线莲的高效栽培和富硒提质提供理论依据。结果表明,外源硒可提高金线莲叶绿素含量、微量元素含量、主要生物活性物质含量及挥发性物质含量,接种AM真菌可进一步促进金线莲的生长发育及品质形成,整体上以Se_(1)水平上述参数存在极值。土壤硒赋存形态中,Se_(1)水平及接种AM真菌处理下可溶态硒和可交换态硒占比较高,铁锰氧化结合态、有机结合态硒占比较低,且结合植株相对生长率、硒含量及品质参数来看,Se_(1)Am_(1)处理优于Se_(1)Am_(2)。主成分分析表明,金线莲硒含量、生物活性成分(总酚、总黄酮、金线莲苷、多糖)含量、挥发性物质(醛、醇、酮)含量是判断施硒和AM真菌效果的主要指标,且其与土壤有效硒含量呈显著或极显著正相关。综上,外源硒与AM真菌组合施用可显著促进金线莲根际土壤硒活性,提高有效硒含量,从而提高金线莲的硒吸收、生物活性成分累积及挥发性物质含量,进而提高其药用品质,各处理中以施6 mg/L Se与接种根内根孢囊霉组合处理效果最佳。In this study,the Anoectochilus roxburghii variety‘Dayuanbao’was used as test material,the greenhouse simulation planting test method was used,and the combination treatments were set with three selenium(Se)levels(0,6,18 mg/L,referred to as Se_(0),Se_(1),Se_(2))and three fungi inoculation levels(no inoculation,Rhizopus intraradices,Funneliformis mosseae,referred to as Am_(0),Am_(1),Am_(2)).The effects of Se and arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi on the growth and development and contents of trace elements,main bioactive components and volatile substances of A.roxburghii were explored,hoping to provide a theoretical basis for the efficient cultivation and selenium-rich quality improvement of A.roxburghii.The results showed that exogenous Se could increase the contents of chlorophyll,trace elements,main bioactive substances and volatile substances of A.roxburghii.Inoculation of AM fungi could further promote the growth and quality formation of A.roxburghii.On the whole,the extreme values of the above parameters occurred at Se_(1) level.In the forms of soil selenium,under Se_(1) level and the inoculation of AM fungi,the proportion of soluble selenium and exchangeable selenium was relatively higher and the proportion of iron-manganese oxide-bound and organicbound selenium was relatively lower.Combined with the relative growth rate,Se content and quality parameters of plant,Se_(1)Am_(1) treatment performed better than Se_(1)Am_(2).PCA analysis showed that Se content,bioactive components(total phenols,total flavonoids,anoectochilus glycosides,polysaccharides)contents and volatile substances(aldehydes,alcohols,ketones)contents were the main indexes to judge the effects of Se and AM fungi,and they were significantly positively correlated with soil available selenium content.In summary,the combined application of exogenous selenium and AM fungi could significantly promote the selenium activity in the rhizosphere soil of A.roxburghii,increase the effective selenium content,thereby increasing the selenium absorption,bioacti
