摘  要:采用整体式教学情境,以“小麦”为主线,利用小麦根向地性观察、小麦胚芽鞘向光性和黄化现象观察等实验,分析重力、光和温度等环境因素对植物生长发育的调节作用,最后归纳总结植物激素、环境因素和基因表达之间的相互关系。从生命观念、科学思维和社会责任等方面发展学生的核心素养。The study employed a holistic teaching context centered around “wheat” to analyze the regulatory effects of environmental factors such as gravity,light,and temperature on plant growth and development through experiments like observing wheat root geotropism,wheat coleoptile phototropism,and the phenomenon of chlorosis.Finally,it summarized the interrelationships among plant hormones,environmental factors,and gene expression.The aim is to develop students' core competencies in aspects such as life concepts,scientific thinking,and social responsibility.
