摘  要:在全球化的时代背景之下,教育已然跃升为国际性的关键议题,家校社协同育人模式更是备受全球瞩目。澳大利亚家校社协同育人建设,具有独特的发展轨迹与实践范式,在建设主体间协同关系、实施和监测机制、资源与平台建设等方面具有独特经验。深入剖析其实践经验可知,澳大利亚以家庭—学校伙伴关系、学校—企业伙伴关系和校外托管为“三驾马车”推动本土家校社协同育人的发展。其特点包括尊重多元主体构筑顶层设计,强调各主体作用;着重伙伴关系,倡导互惠共赢;构建宏观微观桥梁,确保政策实施;倚重质量监督,发挥评估功能;尊重多样性,传播成功案例。澳大利亚经验为我国家校社协同育人提供了多方面可借鉴之处,有助于推动我国教育生态的优化与发展。In the context of current education reform,the importance of collaborative education between families,schools,and communities is increasingly prominent,and has become a focus of attention in the global education field.Australia,with its innovative model of collaboration between families,schools,and communities,has provided new ideas for addressing modern educational challenges.This study employs documentary research methods to delve into the patterns and successful elements of Australia’s home-school-community collaborative education.The research findings reveal that Australia’s practices possess unique experiences in building collaborative relationships among stakeholders,implementing and monitoring mechanisms,resource and platform development,as well as publicity and image shaping.
