摘  要:利用国家气象站的基本气象资料,对紫阳县和杭州市西湖区的气候条件差异进行分析,并根据观测中茶108、中白1号引种至紫阳县焕古镇以后的物候期变化,利用非靶向代谢组学技术检测分析引种前后两品种春季第一轮次一芽二叶新梢中品质成分含量的变化。结果发现,中茶108和中白1号引种至紫阳后一芽二叶期与其在杭州地区基本相同;代谢组学检测从两地中茶108样品中检测出25种含量显著差异的代谢物质,主要是黄酮苷类(黄酮碳苷及黄酮氧苷)、氨基酸类、有机酸类、茶黄素和茶红素类及维生素、辅酶类代谢物;从中白1号中检测出32种差异物质,主要是碳水化合物、儿茶素(单体与二聚体)、有机酸及酚酸类代谢物;两品种中均显著差异的成分有7种。研究结果为两个品种的引种适应性评价提供了基础数据,对于推动紫阳茶产业良种率提升具有重要价值。The climate differences between Ziyang County and Xihu District of Hangzhou City were analyzed based on basic meteorological data from national weather stations.The phenological period changes of'Zhongcha 108'and'Zhongbai 1'were observed after their introduction to Huanggu Town,Ziyang County.Additionally,non-targeted metabolomics techniques were applied to analyze the changes in quality component contents in the first flush of spring one bud and two leaves before and after the introduction.The results show that the one bud and two leaves stage of both'Zhongcha 108'and'Zhongbai 1'in Ziyang was essentially the same as in Hangzhou.A total of 32 differential metabolites were detected,mainly including carbohydrates,catechins(monomers and dimers),organic acids,and phenolic acids.Seven significantly different metabolites were common to both cultivars.These findings provide fundamental data for evaluating the adaptability of the two tea cultivars after introduction and are of significant value for improving the quality ratio of tea cultivars in Ziyang's tea industry.
