摘　　要：目的 探讨小规模私密在线课程(SPOC)联合工作坊教学模式在门诊经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)导管维护护理实习生临床带教中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月—2024年1月广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院门诊实习的护理实习生93名,按实习批次分组,单数批次为对照组(n=46),采用常规教学模式进行带教,双数批次为观察组(n=47),采用SPOC联合工作坊教学模式进行带教。比较两组带教效果。结果 观察组操作考核得分和达标合格率高于对照组,观察组对教学模式的效果赞同率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SPOC及工作坊线下教学相结合的教学模式有利于提高护理实习生对PICC临床实践操作能力,同时也提高带教老师的业务水平。Objective To explore the application effect of the teaching mode of small private online course(SPOC)combined with workshop teaching in the clinical teaching of nursing interns on the maintenance of peripherally inserted central catheters(PICC)in outpatient departments.Methods A total of 93 nursing interns who interned in the Department of Outpatient,Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected.They were grouped according to the internship batches.The odd-numbered batches formed the control group with(n=46),who were taught by the conventional teaching mode.The even-numbered batches formed the observation group with(n=47),who were taught by the SPOC combined with workshop teaching mode.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation assessment scores and the passing rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the approval rate of the teaching mode effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The teaching mode combining SPOC and workshop teaching is conducive to improving the clinical practical operation ability of nursing interns in PICC catheter maintenance and also enhancing the professional level of teaching instructors.
