摘　　要：综述猪肚菇(Pleurotus giganteus)分类地位、生物学特性、栽培技术、遗传育种、食药用价值等方面的研究进展,并展望未来研究方向,以期为猪肚菇产业的高质量发展提供参考。Pleurotus giganteus is a rapidly developing rare edible fungus.It has advantages of high temperature tolerance,easy cultivation and delicious taste,etc.At present,P.giganteus is cultivated on a large scale in many provinces in China.This review included the classification,biological characteristics,cultivation technology,genetics and breeding,and nutritional and medicinal value of P.giganteus.Future prospects and existing problems were also discussed so as to provide a reference for high-quality development P.giganteus.
