摘  要:当前地方应用型本科高校专业学位研究生培养授权点增多、规模不断扩大、管理制度不完善等给研究生培养管理带来了诸多挑战。为提高地方应用型本科高校多授权点专业学位研究生培养管理工作的系统性和科学性,保障专业学位研究生培养质量,以H高校为例,调查研究生培养管理现状,分析存在的问题;基于协同学理论从协同动力机制、协同运行机制、协同支撑机制、协同约束机制四个方面研究了专业学位研究生培养协同管理机制;提出了专业学位研究生培养协同管理机制构建要点。The current increase in the number of programs authorized for the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates in local applied undergraduate colleges,the continuous expansion of their scale,and the imperfect management system have brought many challenges to their graduate cultivating management.In order to improve the systematic and scientific management of professional degree postgraduates with multiple programs authorized in local applied undergraduate universities,and to ensure the cultivating quality of professional degree postgraduates,this paper takes H University as an example to investigate the current situation of postgraduate cultivation management and analyze the existing problems.based on the theory of synergy and researched collaborative management mechanism for the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates from four aspects of collaborative driving mechanism,collaborative operation mechanism,collaborative support mechanism,and collaborative constraint mechanism.Finally,the key points for constructing a collaborative management mechanism for the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates have been proposed.
